Hi, I'm Kim - Nutritional Therapy and Restorative Wellness Practitioner

Struggling with my own health, I grew weary searching for answers often thinking there must be a better way.  When I was introduced to natural health, healing foods, stress and lifestyle management, a whole new world opened up for me. I have never been the same! Implementing these new practices created a healthier, long-lasting change.

It is not just what we eat and digest, but what our lifestyle promotes and our outlook on life.  I think of wellness as balancing the body, mind and spirit, and I am passionate about helping my clients find their balance, realize their goals, break free from the suffering, and begin to thrive.

Today, many people suffer due to misinformation, unhealthy foods, and a lack of understanding of how our bodies function in a healthy state. With all the health and wellness marketing these days, it can be very confusing about which direction to go.  If you want to learn how your well-being can be dramatically improved, you have come to the right place.

I am a wife and mother of three adult sons who loves to get outdoors for a hike in the mountains or a trip to the beach with family and friends.  I am an exercise enthusiast and a practicing nutritional therapist.

As I help you uncover the root cause of your symptoms, you will gain a fresh perspective on healthy alternatives and your wellbeing journey.  I know what it is like to search for answers and while you may find some temporary symptom relief, the underlying causes seem to go unaddressed.

My approach

to your health & wellness

Depending on your goals and how much support you desire, I design a program to fit your needs beginning with the following three assessments:

  • Complete Health History: to learn about your health concerns/struggles and to understand your health goals
  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire: to connect your symptoms with how your body systems (such as digestion, blood sugar handling) are functioning
  • Food and Mood Journal: to get a snapshot of what you are currently eating, so we can celebrate your successes and make adjustments to support your goals

Additional sessions can be added to provide support for:

  • Your new lifestyle changes and to support adjustments along the way
  • Protocol support
  • Food education & Shopping tips
  • Meal planning
  • Testing options available for:
    • Digestive function and gut infections
    • Inflammatory foods
    • Adrenals
    • Hormones - male & female

In our wellness journey together, I am not just designing a meal plan for you, or helping you learn the right way to stock your pantry.  Instead we will work together to create a personal protocol designed around your bio-individuality.

I use natural, holistic health practices and tests to find what is causing the imbalance in your body.  Some of these include the Functional Evaluation (FE), which is a hands-on physical exam designed to help find out what your body is telling us, and Lingual-NeuroTesting (LNT) where we find the correct support for you. (FE and LNT available in person only)

Other testing is available for digestive function, gut infections, inflammatory foods, adrenal and hormone balance – these assist finding the imbalances in your body and where we provide support, so your body can function optimally.

After working on their unique protocol, my clients experience healthier tummies, less digestive problems, better skin, weight loss, clear heads (no brain fog) and energy to enjoy all that life has to offer.

My approach is all about total body wellness. Besides focusing on what to eat, it is important to learn what is functionally going on with your body and find the holistic solution.
